i travel every march 8, my favorite day, and i've created a tradition here since 2015 it brings so much peace the memories made with my parents and friends are priceless. mr ahmad mohamad's hospitality and mr ismail gharib's excellent service stand out. the team's attention to detail and the lovely conversations i had added great value to my stay.

i found that not having good coffee or tea available in the room was quite disappointing, especially for a hotel of this standard the room's colors felt a bit too rococo for my taste i was hoping for a more modern aesthetic.

staff members come around to offer water and cooling towels while you relax on the beach they provide convenient transport to anywhere you wish within the hotel. the spa is fabulous with an skilled staff, so you can relax deeply and comfortably.

the breakfast selection was delicious, and each item had top quality. the breakfast premises felt quite lovely i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries they offered each morning i could not have asked for a better way to start the day.

I felt the service was too formal at times. I didn't find a personal touch. The dining was diverse, yet overpriced for what I got. This exclusivity felt more intimidating. The high cost was a issue, considering the overall quality.

great qualitycold burgermediocre food

The breakfast was great quality was much better than the burger I had in the lobby.

I ordered a burger specifically requesting a well done meal but it was cold and uncooked. I expected state of the art food quality at this hotel not mediocre food. I could eat a much higher quality and warmer meal across the street.
